 We have one of the finest landscaped communities in Scottsdale, and we all expect it to be maintained in this manner, for many years to come. We expect the best from SFL at all times. It is just as important for all Gainey Village home owners to be fully involved and participate in any way they can to ensure a friendly and helpful working relationship with SFL. In addition to the work that SFL do for our community, all home owners are obliged to maintain their own landscape to acceptable community standards.
The Gainey Village Community Association has engaged Scottsdale Fine Landscaping to provide high-quality landscape maintenance service to all common areas and all front yards. Our community's expectations are that SFL will maintain our consistent landscaping theme to the highest standards possible, and ensuring that we maintain the unique and pleasing nature of our community. 
Our contract with SFL provides (inter alia) for a full time on-site SFL landscape maintenance professional. His main area of responsibility is to maintain our common areas, inside and outside the community walls. Time permitting, he will also tend the trimming of our residential front yards, excluding all back yards and all gated courtyards. Account managers are well trained in the landscape field and ready to serve their communities. SFL employees are personally presentable and uniformed. Each crew team is supervised by bi-lingual crew leaders. SFL always uses the latest and greatest state of the art equipment and has well marked vehicles in its entire fleet.

The Architectural & Landscape Committee is responsible for ensuring that all landscaping throughout our community is maintained in first-class order, fully meeting all Gainey Village CC&R and relevant guideline requirements. The Committee is authorized to charge a penalty for any improvements or changes started or completed prior to the required committee approval. It may also be necessary to remove any unapproved improvements whenever the committee does not ultimately approve such work.
