Built by Monterey Homes, there are 9 models altogether, 5 Casitas and 4 Villas. Each has its own unique floor plan, all with dramatic interiors, many with luxury inclusions and custom upgrades. Construction began in 1998 with the last home completed approximately 2000. The following floor plans, and the list of construction features,  are from some of the original sales promotional materials. Many floor plans were modified by the original owners during construcion and subsequent owners may also have made further modifiacations. These exhibits can only be used as a guide.
