Are there regulation at Gainey Village concerning garden hoses? Yes. All garden hoses must be kept out of sight from the street and from your neighbors view on the street side of your rear yard gate. Hoses can not be coiled up and hung over your hose bib, and can not be left strung out on the ground. Hose reels can not be fixed to any wall in front of your home and hose tidies must also be kept fully out of view from the street and your neighbors view in front.

How do I go about getting the landscape people to trim shrubs that have grown to large? You can use the Contact Us feature of this website and select Landscape Committee from the pull-down menu and let the committee know what you would like done. You can also call Rossmar & Graham (Sherri Youngblood) at (480) 551-4300.

Is there a law that people have to clean up after their dogs
Yes there is a law on cleaning up after your pet, commonly called a Pooper-Scooper ordinance it is as follows: Disposal of fecal matter. Any person owning, possessing, harboring or having the care, charge, control or custody of any dog shall immediately remove and thereafter dispose of any fecal matter deposited by said dog on public or private property, unless the property owner has given prior approval to use said property for this purpose. For the purpose of this section, dog fecal matter shall be immediately removed by placing said matter in a closed or sealed container and thereafter disposing of it by depositing said matter in a trash receptacle, sanitary disposal unit or other closed or sealed container.

What is the process for architectural and landscape requests?
Call Rossmar & Graham Property Management at 480.551.4300, and request an Architectural & Landscape Change Request form by FAX or surface mail. You can also download a copy from here and print on your own printer. Complete the form and mail all documentation such as photos and drawings to them. The committee will review the request, and respond within 30 days. All changes must be approved before construction or installation has begun. Please don't sign a contract until this is approved!

What should my side gate to my back yard look like?
 The timber slats can be cedar or redwood. Slates that are being refurbished should be sanded back to the raw wood. Slates are to be sealed with a clear sealent. Slats are to be fastened to the gate with screws from the back and not bolts through the wood.

Can I change my profile details? Yes, click on My Profile from the left hand menu bar. This will take you to Your Profile. Enter your new details and then scroll down to the bottom of your profile page and click on the submit button.

How do I change my Password? From the left hand Menu bar, click on My Profile. This will take you to your profile. Enter your new password, and then scroll down to the bottom of Your Profile and click on the Submit button.

I forget my Password, how can I retrieve it? From the left hand side menu panel, click on Login. This will take you to the Login page. Enter your User ID name and then click on Forgot Password. The system will automatically E-mail your login details to the E-mail address that you provided when you first registered.

I have fogotten my User ID, and password. How do I retrieve it? Contact website administrator (Contact Us and select Message Center) and a new User ID and random password will be e-mailed to the E-mail address you provided at the time you registered.

How often are inspections of property done?
Inspections are done once per week. The times of these inspections vary from week to week. If a neighbor complains about a parked car or trailer parked in the evenings, an inspection will be done at the appropriate time to verify this complaint. Board members will also send in information to the management company about violations.

I have heard the CC&R's do not allow garbage cans to be left out where everyone can see them, is that true?
That is true, Gainey Village has regulations as follows;
Rollout containers shall not be placed for collection at the curb line before 6:00 p.m. of the day preceding regular collection and shall be removed from the curb by 6:00 a.m. of the day after collection. These receptacles shall be stored and kept, between collection days, in such a manner that they are not readily visible from the street.

I was told that I must keep my garage door closed at all time. Is this true? This is true, garage doors must be kept closed. Exceptions are if you are working in the vicinity of your garage, or there is specific work being carried out in your garage, e.g., painting, garage or garage door repairs.
