Committees and Volunteering

Administration. The Gainey Village HOA Administrative Committee is responsible for identifying, recommending, developing and implementing policies, procedures and processes that enhance:
- Service delivery mechanisms.
- The image of the community association and the association's Board.
- Good public relations between the Board, Property Management and homeowners.
- Administrative link between our HOA Board and our Property Management Company.
Architectural and Landscape. The architectural and landscape committee is made up of homeowner volunteers with the specific aim of ensuring the consistency of our landscape and architectural design throughout our community. Committee members ideally have a keen interest in landscape care as well as a willingness to get personally involved in walk-round inspections and reporting emergency landscape maintenance needs to our property management company.
Communications. The responsibilities of the Communications Committee are to enhance communication with and among residents and members of the association. The committee will be responsible for publishing happenings, and publishing the neighborhood directory. In addition, other functions compatible with this charter may be assigned from time to time.
Finance Committee. The Finance Committee has the responsibility to support the Treasurer in matters he/she delegates to the committee. These duties include the review of expenditures each month, the preparation of an annual budget, the selection of banks and savings instruments for both the Reserve and Operating funds of the Association, and to approve payments on behalf of the Gainey Village Homeowners Association.
